Turkey strips on flat bread with radish

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 250 g Turkey escalope
  • 2 colourful peppers
  • 1 collar Radishes
  • 50 g Radish sprouts
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 50 g Asian sauce
  • 175 g Flatbread
  • 7-10 Tbsp some salad leaves

Directions

    Wash the schnitzel, dab dry and dice. Clean, wash and cut the peppers into small pieces. Radishes clean, wash, cut into small slices. Wash sprouts, drain well. Heat the oil. Sauté the cutlet cubes and peppers in it while turning them.

    Season with salt and pepper. Stir in the Asian sauce. First cut the flat bread into pieces, then halve it crosswise. Cover the bread with salad leaves. Fold the radish slices and sprouts briefly into the shredded food and serve on the prepared flat bread.
