Vanilla quark with apricots and cantuccino cookies

  • 20 g Cantuccini biscuits
  • 3 Apricot halves (tin)
  • 150 g Low-fat curd
  • 1 package Vanillin sugar
  • 7-10 Tbsp Lemon balm

Directions

    Cut the cantuccini into thin slices (break them in the process). Cut 3 apricots into slices, use the rest for other purposes. Mix quark and vanilla sugar. Fold in the apricots and biscuits, except for something for decoration.

    Arrange in a bowl, sprinkle the remaining biscuits on top and decorate with lemon balm.
