Wash the cucumber, cut into long, wide slices and cut out small lobsters. Dice cucumber sections very finely. Mix horseradish, cucumber cubes and yoghurt. Cut salmon into pieces and fill into the pies.
Heat up in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 150 °C/ circulating air: 125 °C/ gas: stage 1) for approx. 5 minutes. Add 1 dab of horseradish to each. Garnish with cucumber lobster and dill.
