Ingredients

  • 1,5 l Red wine
  • 0,5 l light grape juice
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Lemon juice
  • 75-100 g Sugar
  • 3 small oranges (about 150 g each)
  • 1 untreated lemon
  • 2 (à 2 g) Bag of spice for mulled wine (Glühfix)
  • 1-2 Star Anise

Directions

    Warm up red wine, grape and lemon juice and 75 g sugar. In the meantime, wash the oranges and lemon and cut into slices. Let the orange and lemon slices, infusion bag and star aniseed steep for about 5 minutes. Depending on taste, sweeten if necessary. Serve hot
