Ciabatta with Taleggio and Salsa

Ingredients

Servings: 10
  • 4 Dates (100 g)
  • 1 TEASPOON pickled green pepper
  • 3 Figs
  • 150 g Taleggio cheese
  • 100 g Ciabatta bread
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Olive oil
  • 1 Stalk Thyme
  • 7-10 Tbsp Thyme

Directions

    Stone dates, dice finely, knead lightly with pepper. Wash figs, grate dry and cut into slices. Dice cheese. Cut ciabatta into thin slices. Heat oil, season with thyme.

    Turn the slices of bread briefly in it and take them out. Cover with fig slices and cheese. Spread salsa on top. Garnish with thyme leaves.
