Wash the savoy cabbage leaves, dab dry and cut into large squares. Peel and dice the onion, divide the broccoli and cauliflower into small florets and wash. Heat oil in a pot.
Sauté the curry in it. Add vegetables, steam briefly and add 500 ml water. Bring to the boil, add 2/3 of the onion soup powder and simmer for about 10 minutes. Peel ginger and grate finely.
Add to the soup, leave to stand for a few minutes and serve.
