  • 250 g Potatoes
  • 150 g Carrot
  • 100 g Celery
  • 1 (30 g) small onion
  • 50 g Gherkin
  • 150 g Low-fat curd
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 1 tsp (5 g) Oil
  • 1 TABLESPOON Chive rolls

Directions

    Wash the potatoes and cook in boiling water for 15 minutes. Clean and wash the carrot and celery. Peel onion. Grate carrot, dice celery and onion. Mix curd and vegetables, season with salt and pepper.

    Drain the potatoes, rinse with cold water and peel. Fry in hot oil for ten minutes. Sprinkle with chives.
