Yoghurt with pears and hazelnut flakes

  • 1 Pear (125 g )
  • 6 tablespoons (20 g each) low-fat yoghurt
  • 1 tablespoon (20 g) liquid honey
  • 1 tsp (5 g) Hazelnut flakes
  • 7-10 Tbsp Melissa

Directions

    Wash and quarter the pear and remove the core. Cut the quarter into pieces. Mix the yoghurt with about 1 tablespoon honey and the pears and place in a bowl. Roast the hazelnut flakes in a pan without fat until golden brown, take them out and let them cool down.

    Spread some honey on top of the yoghurt, sprinkle with hazelnut leaves and decorate with balm.
