Wholemeal bread with quark, banana slices, agave syrup and chia seeds

  • 4 TABLESPOONS Low-fat curd
  • 2 TEASPOONS Chia seeds
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 2 TEASPOONS Agave syrup
  • 1 Splash lime juice
  • 1 (approx. 160 g) Banana
  • 4 discs wholemeal bread (à approx. 45 g)

Directions

    Mix quark with chia seeds, except for a little bit for garnishing, and season with salt, 1 teaspoon agave syrup, and lime juice. Peel and slice the banana.

    Spread bread with the quark, cover with banana like roof tiles, sprinkle with chia seeds and drizzle with agave syrup.
