Wholemeal bread with goat cream cheese, ham and pear wedges

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 1 Pear
  • 4 discs wholemeal bread (à approx. 45 g)
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Fresh goat cheese
  • 4 discs Parma ham (about 15 g each)
  • 7-10 Tbsp freshly ground pepper

Directions

    Wash the pear, grate dry, quarter it, remove the core and cut quarters into slices.

    Spread bread with cream cheese, place ham on top and garnish with pear wedges in a fan shape. Sprinkle with pepper.
