Wholemeal bread with avocado and pomegranate seeds

Ingredients

  • 1/2 Pomegranate
  • 1 (à 200 g) Cup of granular cream cheese
  • 1 (approx. 300 g) Avocado
  • 4 discs wholemeal bread (à approx. 45 g)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Chili Flakes

Directions

    Halve the pomegranate and knock out the seeds with a spoon. Halve the avocado, remove the seeds, remove the flesh from the skin and cut into slices

  2. 2

    Spread slices of bread with cream cheese, place avocado on top like roof tiles and sprinkle with pomegranate seeds and chili flakes.
