Ingredients

  • 100 g Lentil sprouts
  • 1/2 glass (225 g each) gedroogde tomaten, geconserveerd in olie
  • 4 discs wholemeal bread (à approx. 45 g)
  • 100 g Double cream cream cheese

Directions

    Put the sprouts in a sieve, rinse and drain. Drain tomatoes and chop roughly.

    Spread slices of bread with cream cheese, place tomatoes and sprouts on top.
