Wholemeal bread with quark, pureed raspberries and mint

Ingredients

  • 50 g Raspberries
  • 1 TEASPOON Icing sugar
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Low-fat curd
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 1 TEASPOON Honey
  • 1 Splash lime juice
  • 2 stem(s) Mint
  • 4 discs wholemeal bread (à approx. 45 g)

Directions

    Sort the raspberries, put them into a high mixing bowl, add icing sugar and puree. Season quark with 1 pinch of salt, honey and lime juice. Wash the mint, shake dry. Pluck off leaves and chop coarsely.

    Spread slices of bread first with quark, then with raspberry puree and sprinkle with mint.
