Vegetable sticks with herb quark

Ingredients

  • 2-3 stem(s) Petersilie ond Majoran
  • 0?$? Chive straws
  • 250 g Low-fat curd
  • 2–3 EK Milk
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 200 g Carrots
  • 1 red pepper
  • 250 g Celery

Directions

    Wash the herbs, dab dry and, except for something to garnish, chop or cut into small rolls. Stir curd and milk until smooth. Stir in the herbs. Season with salt and pepper

    Cleaning and washing vegetables. Peel the carrots and leave some green. Cut pepper and celery into long sticks. Garnish quark with herbs and arrange with the vegetable sticks
