Ingredients

  • 50 g Low-fat curd
  • 1 TEASPOON Honey
  • 1 TABLESPOON Lemon juice
  • 7-10 Tbsp Lemon peel residue from 1/2 organic lemon
  • 1 small orange
  • 1/2 small apple
  • 10 g Walnut kernels
  • 20 g dried cranberries
  • 20 g Oatmeal

Directions

    Mix quark, honey and 1 tablespoon lemon juice. Arrange and decorate with lemon zests. Peel the orange so that the white skin is completely removed. Remove the fillets with a sharp knife between the parting skins.

    Wash and quarter the apple and remove the core. Cut quarter into slices. Coarsely chop the nuts. Mix cranberries, oat flakes, apple and orange and serve
