Ingredients

  • 1 Banana
  • 400 ml Almond Drink
  • 350 ml low-fat plain yoghurt
  • 100 g Chia seeds
  • 100 g Wholemeal oat crisps
  • 250 g mixed berries, e.g. blueberries, raspberries, currants

Directions

    The day before, peel the banana, cut it into large pieces and mash it with a fork. Mix banana puree with almond milk. Stir in yoghurt and chia seeds, fill into glasses and chill overnight

    Sort the berries, wash and drain the currants and blueberries, remove the currants from the panicles. Spread the oat crisps into the glasses and add the berries

    Waiting time approx. 12 hours
