Ingredients

  • 1 heaped Tsp kernel oat flakes
  • 1/2 Organic Lime
  • 100 g Blueberries
  • 3 TSP liquid honey
  • 300 g Skimmed milk yoghurt

Directions

    Roast the oat flakes in a small coated pan without fat until golden brown, take them out and let them cool down. Wash lime hot, grate dry, finely grate peel and squeeze juice. Sort blueberries, wash and dab dry. Add honey and crush a little

    Mix blueberries, lime juice, zest and yoghurt. Pour yoghurt into a bowl and sprinkle with oat flakes
