Porridge with pomegranate and linseed

A hot breakfast is so healthy! Pomegranate seeds and linseed also give the well-known porridge here its elegant finish.

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 800 ml Soy drink
  • 160 g tender oats
  • 2 packages Vanillin sugar
  • 1 small pomegranate
  • 2 Bananas
  • 2 TEASPOONS Linseed

Directions

    Bring the soy drink, oat flakes and vanillin sugar to the boil while stirring and simmer at medium heat for about 5 minutes until a thick paste is formed.

    Halve the pomegranate and remove the seeds. Peel the bananas, cut them into thin slices and stir into the oatmeal. Fill the porridge into bowls, sprinkle with pomegranate seeds and 1/2 tsp. linseed each.
