Power smoothie with avocado

Ingredients

  • 120 g young spinach
  • 2 (approx. 250 g) Pears
  • 2 (approx. 600 g) Avocados
  • 20 g fresh ginger root
  • 1/2 bunch Mint
  • 7-10 Tbsp Juice of 1 lemon
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Chia seeds

Directions

    Sort the spinach, wash and pat dry. Wash, peel and quarter the pears, remove the core and cut the quarters into large pieces. Cut avocados in half. Remove the core and remove the flesh from the skin.

    Cut the fruit flesh into large pieces as well. Peel and slice the ginger. Wash mint, shake dry and pluck leaves from the stalks.

    Put the prepared ingredients with lemon juice and chia seeds in a blender, add 600 ml water and puree finely. Fill the smoothie into bottles.
