Berry and almond crunchy muesli

Ingredients

  • 175 g crunchy oats
  • 75 g sliced almonds
  • 1 TABLESPOON Linseed
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Sultanas
  • 3 TABLESPOONS dried cranberries
  • 1 TEASPOON Honey
  • 1 TABLESPOON demerara sugar
  • 500 g mixed berries (raspberries, blueberries, blackberries and strawberries)
  • 500 ml low-fat milk
  • 7-10 Tbsp Lemon balm
  • baking paper

Directions

    Lightly roast the oats and almonds in a frying pan. Add flax seeds, sultanas and cranberries. Add honey and sugar and allow to caramelize. Put the muesli on a baking tray lined with baking paper and let it cool down while occasionally loosening it

    Raspberries selected. Wash blueberries, blackberries and strawberries. Wash and halve the strawberries. Mix muesli and berries, arrange in bowls with milk and decorate with lemon balm
