Wholemeal cheese bread with radishes and cress

  • 1 Lettuce leaf (picking salad)
  • 2 Radishes
  • 1/4 Beet Cress
  • 2 discs Wholemeal bread with sesame seeds (à approx. 35 g)
  • 1 TEASPOON Butter
  • 2 discs Wild garlic cheese (approx. 20 g each)

Directions

    Wash the salad and drain well. Wash radishes, grate dry and cut into slices. Cut cress from the bed

    Spread each slice of bread thinly with approx. 1/2 teaspoon butter. Cover 1 slice of bread with salad, radishes, cheese and cress. Put 2. slice of bread on top
