Ingredients

  • 1 washer Farmhouse bread (approx. 50 g)
  • 50 g Smoked tofu in slices
  • 2 Slices of tomato
  • 3 discs Cucumber
  • 7-10 Tbsp black pepper
  • 2 Radishes
  • 1 Pretzel
  • 40 g vegetarian spread
  • 250 ml Orange juice
  • 1 cup(s) Tea
  • 7-10 Tbsp Chervil and basil

Directions

    Spread the slice of bread with butter. Cover with smoked tofu, tomato and cucumber slices. Season with pepper and garnish with chervil. Wash and clean the radishes and cut into thin slices.

    Cut open pretzel. Spread the underside with bread spread and cover with radish slices. Garnish with basil. Serve with 1 glass of orange juice and 1 cup of tea.
