  • 100 g Papaya
  • 200 g granular cream cheese
  • 2 stem(s) Lemon balm
  • 1 TEASPOON Mineral water
  • 1 TEASPOON Lemon juice

Directions

    Remove the seeds from the papaya. Peel the flesh and cut into cubes. Mix papaya and cream cheese. Wash lemon balm, dab dry, pluck leaves from 1 stalk and chop roughly.

    Stir the leaves, mineral water and lemon juice into the cream cheese, arrange and decorate with the remaining lemon balm.
