  • 15 g dried soft apricots
  • 10 g Almond kernels with skin
  • 15 g Spelt Flakes
  • 125 g Skimmed milk yoghurt
  • 1/2 tsp (5 g) Honey

Directions

    Cut the apricots into fine strips, chop the almonds coarsely. Mix spelt flakes, apricot strips and almonds. Mix yoghurt with honey. Arrange yoghurt and muesli in a bowl.
