Chicken filet with mozzarella and tomatoes

Ingredients

  • 1 large tomato (about 200 g)
  • 60 g Mozzarella cheese
  • 1 (approx. 150 g) Chicken filet
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp colourful pepper
  • 1 TEASPOON dried thyme
  • 2 TEASPOONS Oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Thyme

Directions

    Wash and clean the tomato. Cut off two slices, cut the rest of the tomatoes into slices. Drain mozzarella and cut into large cubes. Wash the meat, dab dry. Season with salt, pepper and thyme.

    Heat the oil in a coated pan and fry the meat for about 4 minutes while turning. Remove the meat and place it in a small casserole dish. Cover with tomato slices and mozzarella. Bake in a preheated oven (electric cooker: 175 °C/ convection oven: 150 °C/ gas: level 2) for approx. 10 minutes.

    Arrange the meat with the tomato wedges. Sprinkle tomatoes with salt and pepper. Garnish with thyme.
