Ingredients

  • 30 g Camembert (30 % fat in dry matter)
  • 1 tablespoon (30 g) Edible quark (20 % fat)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 1 tablespoon (10 g) Walnut kernels
  • 1 (approx. 100 g) small apple
  • 1 disc (50 g) Wholemeal bread
  • 7-10 Tbsp pink berries
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sage

Directions

    Dice the cheese finely, mix it with curd and season with salt. Coarsely chop the nuts. Wash and quarter the apple and remove the core. Cut apple into slices. Spread bread with the cheese cream and place on a plate.

    Spread apple slices on the bread and plate. Sprinkle with nuts. Sprinkle with pink berries and garnish with sage.
