Yoghurt with apple and raspberries

Ingredients

  • 50 g frozen raspberries
  • 1/2 (approx. 75 g) Apples
  • 100 g Whole milk yoghurt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Lemon balm

Directions

    Let raspberries thaw at room temperature. Wash, halve and core the apple. Cut off two slices and put aside. Cut the rest of the apple into small pieces. Mix yoghurt with apple and raspberries, except some for decoration. Put yoghurt in a bowl. Serve with apple slices, raspberries and lemon balm set aside
