Fiery minced steak with pineapple and spring onions

Ingredients

  • 1 Onion
  • 500 g Beefsteak minced meat
  • 1 egg (size M)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 1 TEASPOON Sambal Oelek
  • 300 g Pineapple in slices (tinned, naturally sweet, without sugar)
  • 250 g Spring onions
  • 4 small twigs rosemary
  • 2 TEASPOONS Oil
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Chili sauce
  • 7-10 Tbsp black pepper

Directions

    Peel and finely chop the onion. Knead minced meat, onion, egg, salt and sambal oelek. Form minced dough into 4 flat steaks. Drain pineapple and cut in half. Clean and wash spring onions and cut into rings.

    Wash the rosemary and shake dry. Heat 1 teaspoon of oil in a grill pan. Fry the minced steaks on both sides for 2-3 minutes. Add pineapple to the pan and fry briefly. Heat 1 teaspoon of oil in a second pan.

    Sauté spring onions briefly, season with salt and add chilli sauce. Arrange steaks, pineapple and onions on plates. Sprinkle with pepper and garnish with rosemary. Bread tastes good with it.
