  • 100 g frozen raspberries
  • 100 ml low-fat milk
  • 15 g Spelt Flakes
  • 150 g Skimmed milk yoghurt
  • 1 teaspoon (10 g) Honey

Directions

    Defrost the raspberries for about 30 minutes. In the meantime, slightly heat half of the milk in a pot, pour over the spelt flakes and let it swell for about 5 minutes. Add the remaining milk, yoghurt, honey and raspberries to the flakes, puree with a blender
