Orange carpaccio with honey cream cheese and walnuts

  • 1 untreated orange
  • 1 TABLESPOON Double cream cream cheese
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Milk
  • 1 TEASPOON Honey
  • 10 g Walnut kernels

Directions

    Wash the orange hot, rub dry and cut the peel into thin strips with a pestle ripper. Peel the remaining peel so that the white skin is completely removed. Cut the fruit into slices. Stir cream cheese, milk and honey until smooth

    Roughly chop the nuts. Arrange orange slices in a circle on a plate. Drizzle with sauce and sprinkle with nuts and orange zest
