Ingredients

  • 1/2 small apple
  • 4 Walnut halves
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Oatmeal
  • 1 TABLESPOON Spelt Flakes
  • 1 TABLESPOON Oat bran
  • 1 TEASPOON crushed linseeds
  • 1 TEASPOON Cranberries
  • 125 g Natural yoghurt

Directions

    Wash the apple, grate dry, core and quarter it. Cut a few thin slices from a quarter. Cut the rest into small pieces. Chop walnut halves roughly

    Mix oat flakes, spelt flakes, oat bran, linseed, cranberries, walnut halves and apple pieces. Pour yoghurt into a bowl, pour muesli over it and decorate with apple slices
