Camembert Tramezzini (sandwich)

Ingredients

  • 2 discs Toast
  • 30 g low-fat cream cheese (0,2 % fat)
  • 1/2 TEASPOON Tomato paste
  • 5 (approx. 40 g) Radishes
  • 100 g Cucumber
  • 60 g low fat camembert cheese (12 % fat)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Parsley
  • 7-10 Tbsp wooden skewers

Directions

    Toast bread. Mix cream cheese and tomato paste. Clean, wash and dice the radishes. Clean, wash and slice the cucumber. Cut camembert into slices.

    Spread both toast slices with the cream cheese. Cover one slice with cucumber and camembert. Sprinkle radishes over it, except for something to sprinkle on top. Cover with the 2nd slice of toast. Garnish with radish cubes and parsley.

    Halve diagonally and fix with wooden skewers.
