Spelt and apple muesli with yoghurt

  • 50 g Spelt Flakes
  • 1/2 TEASPOON Sesame seed
  • 1/2 Apples
  • 1 TEASPOON Sultanas
  • 1 TABLESPOON low-fat yoghurt
  • 1 TEASPOON Honey

Directions

    Roast spelt flakes and sesame seeds in a pan without fat while turning for about 5 minutes, remove. Cut the apple into quarters, remove the core and dice the flesh, except for a thin slice of apple for decoration.

    Add sultanas and apple cubes to the pan. Pour on 4 tbsp. water and let it swell in the closed pan for about 5 minutes. Let it cool down. Arrange muesli and yoghurt in a bowl, drizzle with honey and decorate with apple wedge.
