Cheese bread with pear and walnuts

  • 1 washer (40 g) Wholemeal bread
  • 2 discs (15 g each) Blue cheese
  • 1/4 Pear
  • 2 Walnut kernels
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sage

Directions

    Halve the slice of bread once lengthwise. Cut cheese slices diagonally in half. Wash pear, remove seeds and cut into two slices. Cut the slices in a fan shape. Coarsely chop walnut kernels. Cover bread with cheese and pear slices.

    Sprinkle with walnuts and garnish with sage.
