Ingredients

  • 1 TEASPOON flaked almonds
  • 75 g mixed berries (e.g. raspberries, blueberries, blackberries)
  • 1/2 untreated lemon
  • 150 g Low-fat curd
  • 5-6 Tbsp Mineral water
  • 1 TEASPOON Agave syrup
  • 1/2 slice Wholemeal crispbread

Directions

    Roast the almonds in a pan without fat until brown, take them out and let them cool

    Select the berries, wash and drain if necessary. Wash lemon hot, grate dry, finely grate peel. Squeeze lemon. Mix quark, mineral water, lemon peel, 1-2 tablespoons lemon juice and agave syrup.

    Crumble crispbread. Arrange curd cheese and berries in a bowl, sprinkle with almonds and crumbled crispbread
