Roast spelt flakes and sesame seeds in a pan without fat while turning for about 5 minutes, remove. Cut the apple into quarters, remove the core and dice the flesh, except for a thin slice of apple for decoration.
Add sultanas and apple cubes to the pan. Pour on 4 tbsp. water and let it swell in the closed pan for about 5 minutes. Leave to cool, arrange in a bowl, drizzle with honey and decorate with apple wedge.
