  • 2 TABLESPOONS Wheatgerm
  • 1/4 Apples
  • 3 dried apricots
  • 150 g low-fat yoghurt
  • 4 TABLESPOONS tender oats

Directions

    Soak wheat germs in water overnight. Core the apple. Cut apple and apricots into pieces. Put the wheat germ in a sieve, rinse and drain. Mix yoghurt, apple, oat flakes, apricots and wheat germs in a bowl
