  • 50 g red pepper
  • 6 stalks of chives
  • 100 g Cottage cheese (3,9 % fat)
  • 1 TEASPOON Mustard
  • 2 discs Crispbread (approx. 15 g each)
  • 1 Kiwi

Directions

    Clean, wash and finely dice the peppers. Wash the chives, shake dry and, except for a little bit for garnishing, cut into fine rolls

    Mix cheese, chives, paprika and mustard. Spread the cheese cream on crispbread. Garnish with chives. Halve the kiwi. Arrange crispbread and kiwi on a plate
