Rye roll with cheese, radishes and sprouts

Ingredients

  • 2 leaves green salad (e.g. endive)
  • 2 Radishes
  • 1 Rye bread roll (approx. 80 g each)
  • 1/2 tablespoon (15 g) Low-fat curd
  • 1 washer (30 g) low-fat Gouda cheese (17 % fat)
  • 10 g Alfalfa sprouts

Directions

    Wash the salad and pluck finely. Clean, wash and thinly slice the radishes. Cut open the bread roll. Spread the bottom half with quark. Cut the cheese slice in half. Cover roll with salad and cheese.

    Sprinkle with sprouts and radishes and place the top half of the roll on top.
