Fruit salad with honey curd and almonds

Ingredients

  • 5 g flaked almonds
  • 1 (approx. 50 g) baby kiwi
  • 40 g dark grapes
  • 1 (approx. 125 g) small banana
  • 1 (approx. 125 g) small apple
  • 100 g lactose free quark
  • 3 TABLESPOONS lactose-free milk
  • 3 TSP Honey

Directions

    Roast the almonds in a pan without fat, take them out. Peel the kiwi and cut into pieces. Wash and halve the grapes. Peel and slice banana. Wash and halve the apple.

    Use one half for other purposes. Remove the core from the other half. Cut apple into slices. Mix fruit in a bowl

    Mix curd, milk and honey well with a whisk. Arrange honey quark and fruit salad. Sprinkle with roasted almonds
