Apple milk rice

Ingredients

  • 250 ml low-fat lactose-free milk
  • 50 g Rice Pudding
  • 1 TEASPOON Sugar
  • 1/2 (approx. 75 g) Apples
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Lemon juice
  • 3 TABLESPOONS lactose-free vanilla yoghurt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Cinnamon
  • 7-10 Tbsp Mint and apple slices

Directions

    Boil milk in a pot. Add the rice and let it swell at low heat for about 20 minutes. Finally stir in sugar. In the meantime, wash the apple and cut out the core.

    Cut apple into sticks and sprinkle with lemon juice. Layer rice pudding and yoghurt in a bowl and sprinkle with the drained apple sticks. Dust with cinnamon and decorate with mint and apple slices.
