Boil the egg for about 10 minutes in boiling water until hard. Mix margarine, chive rolls and mustard with a fork. Wash the cucumber, grate dry and cut into very thin slices. Drain egg, quench, peel and cut into thin slices
Spread slices of bread with margarine cream. Put egg slices on a slice of bread, spread ham and cucumber slices on top. Place the second slice of bread on top and cut in half diagonally
