  • 12 discs Bacon
  • 4 Eggs (size M)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 1 Head Baby Romaine Salad
  • 8 TABLESPOONS Tomato Ketchup
  • 7-10 Tbsp Chilli powder
  • 4 discs Whole grain toast bread

Directions

    Leave bacon in a pan without fat on both sides until crispy. Remove and drain on kitchen paper. Beat the eggs one by one and let them slide into the pan. Fry over medium heat to a fried egg, season with salt and pepper

    Clean the salad, wash and shake dry. Mix ketchup and chili. Roast slices of bread. Spread with chili ketchup and cover with salad, bacon and fried egg
