  • 3 discs (50 g) Tomato
  • 2 stem(s) Chives with blossom
  • 1 washer (40 g) Wholemeal bread
  • 1 tablespoon (30 g) Ricotta cheese (25 % fat in dry matter)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sea salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp black pepper

Directions

    Wash the chives and cut into fine rings. Spread the slice of bread with ricotta. Place tomato slices on the bread and season with sea salt and pepper, sprinkle with chives rolls and flowers.
