  • 1/4 Beet Cress
  • 2 cherry tomatoes
  • 2 slices (13.5 g each) crisp rye bread
  • 2 TABLESPOONS low-fat, granular cream cheese (0.8% fat)
  • 2 discs Salmon ham (approx. 10 g each)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper

    Cut cress from the bed. Wash and halve the tomatoes. Spread crispbread with cream cheese and cover with salmon ham. Sprinkle with cress and pepper. Add the tomatoes.
