Ingredients

  • 3 Organic limes
  • 1 Mango (approx. 400 g)
  • 6 TABLESPOONS brown cane sugar
  • 24 cl Sugarcane Schnapps
  • 7-10 Tbsp crushed ice
  • 7-10 Tbsp Soda water

Directions

    Wash limes hot, grate dry and cut into pieces. Cut the mango from the stone. Peel and chop the flesh.

    Distribute limes with sugar evenly in 6 glasses (approx. 400 ml each) and crush them with a pestle. Put the mango cubes into the glasses. Pour 4 cl schnapps into each glass, fill up with crushed ice and soda water.
