- 300 g Strawberries
- 200 ml Gin
- 7-10 Tbsp Juice of 1 lime
- 100 ml Sugar syrup
- 400 ml Soda water
- 7-10 Tbsp Ice cube

Wash and clean the strawberries and puree them with a hand blender in a tall mixing bowl. Mix the puree with gin, lime juice and syrup. Put ice cubes into four glasses, then pour the mixture into the glasses. Fill up with soda.
