  • 4 TABLESPOONS white rum
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Pineapple juice
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Lime juice
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Sugar syrup
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Peach liqueur
  • 8 Mint leaves
  • 1/2 cup/s crushed ice
  • 1 Pineapple column
  • 7-10 Tbsp Mint

Directions

    Mix white rum, pineapple juice, lime juice, sugar syrup, peach liqueur, mint leaves and crushed ice in a blender at the highest setting.

    Pour into a cocktail glass (approx. 380 ml), garnish with 1 pineapple wedge and mint.
