Ingredients

  • 4 Limes
  • 240 ml Pisco (grape brandy)
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Sugar
  • 2 fresh protein
  • 7-10 Tbsp Angostura
  • 7-10 Tbsp Ice cube

Directions

    Place glasses (approx. 200 ml each) in a cool place. Halve and squeeze the limes. Mix pisco, sugar, lime juice, egg white and 8 ice cubes in a blender for about 1 minute until the liquid is smooth and foamy. Spread the mixture into the chilled glasses, sprinkle with Angostura as desired.
