Mix milk with honey and matcha powder. Whip the cream with the whisks of the hand mixer until stiff. Cut off the tip of the piping bag, insert the star nozzle and pour in the whipped cream.
Pour 2 scoops of vanilla ice cream into each of the glasses and top up with mixed milk. Spray whipped cream as a topping on top. Dust the cream toppings with 1 teaspoon of Matcha powder.
